More Wooden Things

I've now made the last bench for the Artisan Square. Well, the last one isn't quite so much as a bench, as the function of bench expressed in holey cubes...

Bench number one, which we have seen before:

Bench number two, diagonal view

Bench number two, full frontal:

Bench number three:

Bench number three, centre cube:

Detail of a hole or two:

I also hand carved a Tai Chi wooden practise sword.

That's all folks!

These are breathtaking, I love the cubes as seats, they take, "hey, pull up a chair and sit awhile" to a whole new level :)

Holy cubes, Batman! sorry, couldn't resist.

You're selling these, yes?

Yes, hmmm, well, I would if anyone asked me to make some. :) Nobody else has yet - I was commissioned to make these for the Artesan Square in the market where I sell my smaller wooden things. The Association of Artesanos paid me and I get to have a permanent showcase, so I can't lose. :) Hopefully someone will want something. I like making bigger, one-off things.
